Drainaerators, Aerobic Aerators, Solaerator Island and Green Gym are a series of participatory environmental artwork concepts for Alexandra Canal and its catchment. The concepts invite people to participate in the remediation of the canal’s heavily polluted water through physical activities such as bicycle riding to promote both physical and environmental health.

People’s actions power environmental function such as aeration of the water. Community awareness, education and participation combine to promote healthy communities and healthy environments.
